25? 27-29 is still considered young. E-Sports does not restrict age, MMY and others were probably over 25-26+++ now and they still play. It's a matter of playing for passion and seriousness.

There's no saying 25, you should quit.
So you called them immature? But that's just your POV. Black^ joined them and did managed to join TI4 at least. Young teams can surprise if they have 5 willing individuals with sponsor alike.
I'll put it here. It shows our "community" standard too. I'll put a rest and ignore most unnecessary things. No deeper flames then.

POV? Have you seen the live video taken right after their defeat to liquid uploaded by IMBATV? If you have seen you would be surprised how immature they are. They are willing yes, but all in the wrong way. They dont communicate to team manager and even the boss when there are issues. They keep it to weibo, to their heart and take it all personal while the boss who financed them everything didnt know they hadn't trained for 40 days until he saw it himself in weibo.

Let me ask you something. What you see is human reaction so as MINE?

rOtK with ViCi Gaming, he flames/psychologically even STRONGER or too FAR than my level. Why people respect his team? Because he flames and the team listens!

Simple. It's like you think I'm showing "elitist" attitude but you don't know my story. I compete in D1/D2/SF4 and many console series before. Top 3s in local although not that good but many OK players were defeated.

To be honest with you, I wouldn't want to tell you this. I'm not afraid of losing in one field because there are pros in fields I love in all. I respect the higher ups but not those with real bad attitudes or mama boys who can't earn their own pocket money.

If you think that way, I'm not trying to show "elitist" but more to helping the community see that I'm a strict , passionate , serious E-Sports runner. Oh and with flaws of course seen everywhere. I just bash those who does not listen properly to how to improve Malaysia instead of saying I hate "Arrow".

Oh plz... I know their player's track record in my finger. They can not even outrule Dota 2. Oh and I have many backups of title instead of that game. So the point is, I wanted all sectors to have more matured , better players than me perhaps as I'm more to (community analyst , runner) since 5-6 years ago.

I managed 3 years in flying spaghetti monster banning many "r-tards" in Malaysia. Cause I have seen plentiful of them.

What you see is still CIS/Arrow is still in the verge of no cash pool but they still got to TI4, so I'll commend them for achieving so far for experience but without any returns.

Maybe you will think about what I say when most of the players , gamers reached 30s.

If you are truly good you would have made it to the scene. But your attitude is so bossy that no one will actually listen to you. You have let your self-importance dictate most of the things you do.

If you work on your attitude problems you may still have chance to be on the scene and as a fellow Malaysian I will wish you the best, else, who actually cares if you have managed a lot or none. You might be too vigorous inside to understand what I am saying, but your attitude just does not invite any luck to you.

Passion and attitudes are two things. You can have passion but if your attitudes are bad you will still be forgotten.

Who cares if you are top of the world, or the richest, or the most skilled players. If you don't have the attitude, nobody actually cares and appreciates.

Regardless of how clever you might think you are, being humble is always the first step to being getting recognised and respected.

Whow..alot of young verse old post going on.

Mmm..I feel the best team are made up of level-headed experience and prodigal young talent.

Perfect example? EG. Though Fear doesnt play anymore,he still does have a say in the team, RTZ is gonna grow as the perfect player under his tutelage.

But that just this olde fags opinion.
Heh,anyway, who am I kidding. When we're pushing on our mid twenties, priorities kinda change ya know.Maybe it really is a young man games after all.

Oh well.Best of luck with your team OP. Malaysia needs its rep at every TI,don't let the koreans conquer it all !!

Guys, respect please. This is a recruitment thread.

Kalau tak puas hati, PM or open new thread about young players vs old players. When i was 16 i made a similar recruitment post on facebook. Kena hentam kaw2. So thread starter, please ignore these people, this is your team, you set the rule.

If i'm not wrong the captain of this team is only 16 year old, and he's a 5k mmr player. So young but he's better than than the rest of you. Imagine 2 years from now.

The worst thing he can do is play under 4k mmr captain who thinks he's superior because of his experience. I've been scolded in LAN tournament when i was 16, in front of other people, by my former team captain. He's a trash level player, both attitude and game knowledge wise. Last week we scrim twice against his current team. My draft vs his draft, not even close game. Its like punching baby in the face repeatedly.

My point is if you go to LAN tournament with older players, you cannot exert your superiority on them if you're too young. If you cannot influence your team as their captain, then your team is bound to fail. To me this has nothing to do with younger players are better than older players.
