Been looking at GnG product for a few years now including Jade Hill, Setia Eco series etc...
Security, assessibility, club house, maintenance, and pricing are a few of the deciding criterias.
Finally this one came along.
G&G is normally gate-less which I am uncomfortable as it makes the house look a bit 'naked' and open so this Ceria quickly became a good fit.

Yes. Every unit comes with their own fence/wall on top of the perimeter wall. Normally a gated and guarded strata development adopts gateless concept for the properties within the compound.

To all Ceria buyers, you satisfy with house external color?
I personaly feel that the light green doesnt look impress. All white looks better. Anyone make complaint b4?
Will deveper listen to buyer comment?

The facade is not as grand as other projects in Cyberjaya, but it does not look bad either. I did not realize about the house colour until it was mentioned here. not too sure if they can change the colour though, might be worth to speak with them.

I think what stands out is the practical layout, no frill design and no frill G&G, strata titled, and comes with all the condo facilities with only minimal RM150 maintenance fee.

Facade still ok if combination of color suite it.
The color in the brochure doesnt look great. Shouldnt be too colorfully.
Realised certain unit come with light green and some with light brown

Facade is secondary most important is quality and the neighbourhood. I was a bit skeptical but after looking at this forum seems more own stayers so its a relief smile.gif

Buyers, some questions for clarifications. Below is what I have found out. Can confirm?
1) What is the ceiling height of the landed property? SA said 11 ft but since come with free plaster ceiling, final height is 9ft++.
2) Fiber optic ready
3) Auto gate & home alarm point ready
4) 3 phase wiring
5) Concealed air-con duct
6) 50ft wide road
7) Club house - 2 badminton court convertable to be 1 basketball court

Some other questions wanna ask - if anyone here knows. If not when senang may ask the SA later smile.gif tongue.gif
1) Whole development is suppose to be on higher ground. How about within the project itself? Will the Ceria condo be higher than the guard house (meaning there's a slop from house to house)?
2) Tap, sink and others - what brand?
3) Paint - what brand?
4) Swimming pool at club house - Olympic size?
5) Drain - concealed?

So end up, I think everyone do a summary of Ceria vs Lake Point.

Can post your finalize view bout this 2? Am phobia among choosing it, got pro n con each...

Maybe a clear idea of why u choose Ceria / vise versa Lake Point would be helping. smile.gif
