I think the club house to some extent is chicken and egg problem. Country garden selling well other than being price attractive the club house is a factor also, though not my cup of tea the design. To make it attractive to stay far away from KL, clubhouse is important, otherwise what to do there even want to treat it as weekend home? Can't broga hill every time right?

But now quite uncertain, don't know when, don't know what r there, don't know whether resident only not. Don't know if they will ever build it? By Oct when their show house open, suppose they should have a firm answer already? Do u know how long after VP they will the club house in Setia alam and eco park? Is that something written down in the S&P?

When? ....don't know...where is the mass? Did you continue to do the maths I mentioned in my earlier post?
What?....... Should be a complete one

Setia Alam...I can say very late. First batch VP is like 2006. Clubhouse is up only in 2011-2012

Ecopark....very early...upon VP I think

SPA is standard doc. Such info is not there.

If not all sign up, how to make it sustainable? To run a club, it may need like RM40-50k per month. 3500-4000 families... One precinct is about 600 families.

My plan is stay for retirement or near retirement so may not want the extra expense if not necessary but if it's a place I have a reason to hang out at least once a day, then I am willing to pay up to RM200 bearing in mind this is 5-10 years in future.

For non athletic retirees, sports facilities may not appeal very much but cafes and less vigorous activities ie qigong, archery, billiards etc will be good.

Looking at the recent crowd of buyers, its a good mix of all ages so definitely there will be interest in clubhouse.

Aiya, if want the club house so badly, go buy SEH lah!
It is confirmed already and I think by the time the houses are VPed, the club house will be ready for you!
To make you more happy, it is for residents inside the GnG community only. Even the link house residents outside also cannot use.
Also, they have got The PARC for you to run up and roll down, so dun need to go Broga Hills lah!

To conclude that terrace houses in SEH cant enjoy the club? THen how leh? Any future plan?

Don't think the establishment of club house shall be listed in SNP.

Anyway, I am pretty sure they will build a sport complex, which at least will be having swimming pool and tennis court, as illustrated in the booklet distributed to all the the cradleton purchasers during SPA signing.

Top gun gor, that's why SEH DSL purchaser expecting to pay less than RM 100 for the maintenance per month.. tongue.gif tongue.gif

Anyhow, I heard they still considering whether to let the DSL purchaser to subscribe the club house membership, not result yet, overall VP still earliest next year...

If not much subscriber probably they will open it up. Somemore is a separate fee from the monthly maintenance the precicnt 2&3 owners are paying.
