There is another type of 2F semiD if not mistaken - 40 x 90, with same buildup of 3415 sqf, but starting from 1.463m.

Sam gor,

Built up for 40x90 2F type is 3,501sf. The 10ft is extended to the car porch to make it longer!

Maybank, OCBC, Hong Leong and CIMB will increase the BLR / BFR by 0.25% to 6.85% effective 16 July 14 (Wednesday). Sit tight, more banks will follow very soon. Happy borrowing...

The RM 60 mil Park City Club is the overall building cost spent by DPC. Not sure if the structure n monthly fee charged. My friend lives in DPC and will find out more details from him and later update in this forum.
*
In DPC the membership is exclusive to residents only and 2 persons per month membership charge to Park City Club is RM 107.00. Collection is based on quarterly basis.

Just out of curiosity - does it matter whether it's 14 or 16 digits?

That was amazing results dy if 170 units had been booked.
*
I did a math...
Of the 330 units (if I calculated correctly) reserved and opened for staff / associates + existing EM buyers + 1 recommended friend + public, 170 units booked is equivalent to a take-up rate of 51.51% (assuming no dropout). Not impressive but considering no publicity at all, seems okay to me.

Thanks for the info...

Let say EM Lifestyle clubhouse charges RM138 per month for family of four. Will you all hesitate?

Will all sign up?

If not all sign up, how to make it sustainable? To run a club, it may need like RM40-50k per month. 3500-4000 families... One precinct is about 600 families.

Can someone continue to do the maths?
