Now EM is upgraded further from two weeks ago!
After EW acquired another 500acres land near Broga hill, all the low cost elements in existing EM masterplan will be move to that 500acres land.
Therefore, this current EM is a very high end township development! The cheapest will be medium cost service apartments!

Out of the 80 units open today, 50 - 60 has been taken up, response considered ok, not that great though.
Morning the breakfast is poorly arranged.  They served coffee and nasi lemak to the interested buyers while they are sitting on the queuing line.  Tables were only prepared later when most of us have finished the meal. Reason given by EM was that they didn't expect people to come so early which I think unacceptable as they should have taken this into consideration even though today is just for members + invited friends.  I couldn't imagine if the crowd is much bigger than expected.  While this is no big deal, if things can be done better, then do it better.

Went to EMSO again today.  Following the preview of Tenderfields units on 12 & 13 July, seems they garnered more sales.  If I counted correctly, of the 330 units opened for sales at present (since some are reserved for future lanching upon the show villagr teady), only 82 units left unsold. This translate to 75% take-up rate.

Person A want to buy Capsquare residence / Binjai residence, but agent A recommend some housing in desa park city.
- BBW will come out and scream, you siao ah, desa park city is sibeh far, from capsquare / binjai to KLCC during peak hour also need 10 - 15 minutes already, where can buy desa park city one. Only waterfish will stay in DPC.

Person B want to buy desa park city, but agent B recommend some housing in alam damai
- BBW will come out and scream again, you siao ah, alam damai is sibeh far, from desa park city to KLCC during peak hour also need ~ 45 minutes already, where can buy alam damai one. Only waterfish will stay in alam damai.

Person C want to buy alam damai, but agent C recommend some housing in sungai long
- BBW will come out and scream again, yes again, you siao ah, sungai long is sibeh far, from alam damai to KLCC during peak hour also need 1 hour 10 minutes already, where can buy sungai long one. Only waterfish will stay in Sungai long.

Person D want to buy sungai long, but agent D recommend some housing in kajang.
