With this pricing, I think majority are buying for own stay than invest.
With the pricing of RM1.4mil for SD, it is not ideal to buy for flip unless those special lakeview units.

3-5 years is not easy.

another alternative is invest in
3-5 units in Ascotte Boulevard.but need hard
cash as loan for so many unit is tough.

near bangi and southern part, I would
wait for Kajang 2, Tropicana Heights etc
which have a mature township and
near MRT.

not a easy choice, if you have only limited
bullet. or you a fan of Tan Sri

I believe so, Tenderloin investors are much lesser compare to Craderloin and aslo expected the lower rate for Semi-D.

However, I believe those willing to enter Semi-D at RM 1.4mil instead of Cluster at RM 900k - 1mil, definitely have their final says and power of flipping, where since maojority buying for own stay, the outgoing subsale units upon VP would be even less supply. Provided EM able to deliver the top notch quality, these owners can be have some bargain power to " come and plea me the Semi-D if you want "

Ecoworld is a unique creature. WHen they intend to tell everyone, they normally do it in much low profile manner. If they want to tell you, they will shake the local mass media and social media to ensure everyone knows their launching and event.....next event is going to be siberh BIG......
