Anything more than 1.0m and hold for
3-5 years is not easy.
another alternative is invest in
3-5 units in Ascotte Boulevard.but need hard
cash as loan for so many unit is tough.
if I am staying opposite side of Kajang, i.e
near bangi and southern part, I would
wait for Kajang 2, Tropicana Heights etc
which have a mature township and
near MRT.
not a easy choice, if you have only limited
bullet. or you a fan of Tan Sri
