QUOTE(jonathansoh @ Jul 13 2014, 08:52 PM) Consider maybe want to cancel my semi d 40 x 90 facing lake unit due to worry the sport facility will also open to public. Because have bad experience at current residence club house. Because open to public, at weekend always flooding with non-resident at club house. So cannot enjoy it at all. According to SA, sports complex shall be located in silver square, so presumably it will be opened to public, on pay per use principle. Nevertheless, perhaps they will employ the Setia Alam club principle? If so, most likely this sports complex will be exclusive for EM residents only. Can share more about your bad experience? I do share the same concern... A SA told me yesterday that it will only be opened to the residents of EM - I'm not too sure whether such info is 100% accurate as this seems to be too premature. Anyway just to share what I was told.

Anyway just to share what I was told. At this stage, information is very scanty. Brainstorming is a great idea. Exclusive to EM, can the club be sustainable? How many are willing to pay per month? Some may say I am not using it, why need to pay. If don't open to others, how to sustain? I think they are planning something very majestic and comprehensive. Sustainability is a realistic question. I hope jonathansoh can spill more beans and share actual experience....perhaps EcoWorld can learn from it.

QUOTE(Jasoncat @ Jul 12 2014, 10:32 PM) Oh I never have a chance to enjoy at the night club... perhaps I should take an opportunity to do so to verify the statement Lol, I been to this lounge few times (taking registration number, SPA signing, LO signing, etc). It does look to me luxury though, why have the night club feel?

Anyway just to share what I was told. If the sports club is open to public there is no exclusivity for EM Residents. Maybe all purchasers to petition to Ecoworld for the sports club for residents only like Desa Park City Sports Club a RM 60 million private gateway.

QUOTE(JChoo @ Jul 13 2014, 08:05 PM) No lah boss....just surprise it was another BBB for Ascotte, must be the low price. Anyhow, any BBB in Semenyih would be good for us that are vested....although totally different product. Choo gor, 890 sqf service apartment, free 2 car parks, have rooftop garden, clubhouse facilities, swimming pool, jogging track and reflexology park, 1 minute to SEH, 2 - 3 minute to EM silversquare, most important, below RM 300k, sure got some attractions mah... That's the reason I'm a bit sceptical with the statement given that it's only exclusive to EM residents. I tend to ask diff SA for the same questions to check the consistency in facts (since no black and white given). Most of the time they do quite consistent except for few occasions but perhaps that's because they are not the sales staff at EMSO.

QUOTE(Jasoncat @ Jul 13 2014, 06:13 PM) Went there this afternoon around 3pm to kpc. Still big crowd there but understand that many of them are there to enquire rather than making decision to book a unit on the spot - this is further confirmed when I personally looked at the dots on the plan. I have been there today around 12pm collecting my alliance-ecoworld debit card. There are some people there of course, but no way can compare to the crowd during Cradleton launching...

Maybe.. but current stage is still too early... the new land just being purchased, a lot of environmental study need to be conducted, before the masterplan for this project can be drafted and designed... Anyway, this new land is a few km away from the current EM, how to link the development to each other (beside the connecting road), still a pending challenge...

Anyway, just an information for sharing.
The account number of Ecoworld-alliance debit card for all the Cradleton purchaser only consists of 15 digits, not 16 digits as for those EcoSky purchaser...

Anyway, this new land is a few km away from the current EM, how to link the development to each other beside the connecting road), still a pending challenge... If the idea is just for EM residents I reasonably believe that the sport complex will only be ready when there is enough population in EM. So by that time the Broga development may have started. The Eco Sanctuary land afaik the purchase from Tropicana Corp has yet to be completed pending fulfilment of certain condition precedent but heard that EW intend to launch it end of this year. If this is true, it shows that they can be very fast and efficient. Premised on this, the Broga development could have already started then before the sport complex is ready. ... again this is just speculation - after all it costs nothing to speculate
