Found out some new problem with my x1...sometimes my speaker could not generate any audio output..even playing video or songs without headphone...no sound at all..have to restart phone then can hear back the sound..seems like software problem not the hardware..

Anyone encounter the same problem?...
*
i think your unit got problem, maybe better send in for warranty

i found none of the issues on my unit

As usual I will try it

Thanks for sharing uncle..

I'm still hoping to get official update soon.. Else, I might let go this device this month.. Now I'm still 50:50.. Love the overall features of this device especially the super long battery life, but waiting for update disappointed me

decided to further keep my X1 for now laugh.gif

because i couldn't figure out of any other replacement for now.. where else to find a combination of {large-good-display-screen+ long-battery-life + thin-good-decent-design + loud-decent-speaker + good-overall-telephony-functions + decent-camera + expandable+storage + yet-still-pocketable} in one package... i got almost all i want on this device, only gripe is on the slight lag and less CS on firmware updates..

FYI, just now I went to KLCC. There's a Huawei Authorised Dealer/Resellers (next to Machine...). They already have B005 for 7D-501L... Go check it out... it seems that the OTA is not "active"on purpose....... Since the Europe has already pushed B102 "offline"... looks like the update process needs to be via Over-The-Counter (OTC) instead....

I don't own the X1, but H3C instead.... my Honor 3C received OTA last 2 months... wonder why Huawei (Malaysia....?) reluctant to release OTA for X1....
*
If this is true, f*** you Huawei.. Sorry for the word, I use it when I'm really pissed off.. Purposely don't release update, why would u do that?

instead ,ips display consume more power and back light is always on. so Tab is winner in battery life.
*
battery life, Tab S is better? wow.. how many days it get? my X1 lasts up to 3 days on light usage (on busy day).. average almost 2 days battery life most of times.. normally, if i have 100% battery on 7pm this morning, i don't have to charge until i come back from office tomorrow evening, having around 15-20% juice left.. this rate is based on, i don't have to worry about saving juice.. wifi on all the times, so it auto-switch between wifi and 3g where possible.. all my email on push notifications.. no limitation on any apps/setting to save battery, no tweak.. just use it happily.. imagine if i conserve juice like i always did on other devices, i think i'll get more battery life

You going for ip6+ as well?

For those getting ipongs later on, do share your experiences briefly for comparison.

Fruitco may have a hit with them but it's the same walled garden which is incredibly restrictive.
*
well, iphone 6+ is just optional.. might be getting it, or might not.. will be keeping eyes on review.. first thing i want to know is battery life.. other thing i'm expecting the same lah as previous iphone except bigger screen.. i really hope its battery life will be greatly improved, otherwise, maybe not for me.. other than that, i'm also expecting apple will generously bundle several apps free with iphone 6+, especially the productivities softwares
