No such problem...just try again as sometimes is connectivity issue. If you faced such error often go to settings/manage app, locate playstore n clear cache n defaults - restart phone n try again. This app definitely can be installed

Planning to buy this tablet, but seems some commented that it lagging..i'snt often? For those hand on users..still feel worth & recommend to buy it? As in fact i am thinking between this tablet or to wait for Note 4.. Thanks

This is a very good tablet and max value for money. Lag is subjective as all devices lag depending on what you're doing.

Note 4 will have TouchWiz and that will probably cause it to lag as well.

Assuming you wait for Note4, expect to pay at least 2.3k if you are not on a telco plan.

The X1 is going for 1.2k or less. Definitely more bang for the buck if you ask me.

For rm1k this is best phablet one can buy. Note4 will cost you twice vs this
Lag is subjective. Every phone will show some minor lag at times ...overall I don't find it laggy. A phone is laggy if every operation you do you find it lags. Not so for this. It is quite smooth too though it cannot match Nexus smoothness. Go and have a feel of it yourself. One thing, this is not a top performance phone n I rate it only an 8 vs say 9 of Xperia Z Ultra
If performance is important go for XZU or Note3 as these has higher performance chipsets

same also. I have no regret to change this from LG G pad. LTE attract me the most.

I find that the X1 has a better LTE radio than the Note 3. In places where there is weak signal, the X1 gets more bars.

Where the Note 3 gets 1 bar or barely gets a 4G signal, it switches to H+ or H. The X1 can get 2 or more bars and still retain a 4G signal.

I agree signal is very strong and consistent on this X1.. Even Bluetooth reception is very good

Finally root my X1..

root using kingo android root.. installed xposed framework, minminguard and app setting module (still testing working or not).

To make xposed framework install on stock rom must edit build.prop
find this line: ro.config.hwtheme=1 change to: ro.config.hwtheme=0

From 4pda.ru forum :

Enabling the hidden settings by editing the path local.prop data/cust /prop :

On mode gloves
Append: ro.config.hw_glovemode_enabled = 1

On breaking the shutter sound option in the camera
Append: ro.hwcamera.sound.muteable = true

On the navigation panel folding
Before the line to put ro.config.ShowNavigationBar = true # 2 and write some more lines:
# Ro.config.ShowNavigationBar = true
ro.config.hw_shownavisettings = true

i have test navigationbar folding on my stock 7D-501LV B002 and its working.

hmm there are a few GPS booster in play store, any recommendation ? If any of you used any before.

Guys any tricks how to change the weather temperature to be always degree C in Google Now. In other phones I just need to change to say English UK or Spore to do it. But in this phone only one type of English USA !

Open Google now.. On the weather card displayed, click on the "3 dots" a.k.a setting button.. Then it will ask would you like to get weather update now? Click yes. Then it will ask what temperature unit u preferred? Choose degree Celsius.

Tq. Tried that but problem is it never prompt me to update. The card auto display latest status.
