all the developer try to rushing for new lauching before next year implementation of GST, including SP SETIA as well..therefore, i am pretty sure they will try to launch the superlink and all other terrace in this year...at least from the developer side, they are ready to launch, now pending for authority to approve nia..

A senior SA confirmed to me that tomolo there'll improvement on their "one seed" durian treat....like a family group voucher (or something like that)
For those who are potential buyers of SEH, the current phase still left about 5 to 6 units of SemiD (all corner lots costing minimum RM1.2m) and some units of Zero lot Bungalow (RM1.6 to RM2.1)
The rest all hampalang habis.......they expect all units would be ready in the middle of next year !   
However....a word of caution....ready not necessary mean VP !

Definitely possible - it all depends how greedy is the developer. They may whack in more than what's expected.

hehehe... existing buyers definitely hope there is price increase, but of course not too steep, typically ~ 100k increase with larger build up and slightly larger land area looks reasonable to me.

Seconding bro Treehill, some of us, who were genuinely interested of owning a property in Kajang for own stay - a peaceful, safe and serene location had been following the exhibitions, prop site, and pre launch closely to even have a shot at owning a unit.

And, gladly so, we had the opportunity to own one when we raced over to SEH the morning we got the SMS. And, as I bro treehill had informed, I had met alot of purchasers with intention of own stay as well as those who are in limbo buying it as investment but now thinking of own stay.
