Btw, I think we wouldnt know the final outcome for precicnt 1 on the secuity aspect till VP. Guard house and fencing will sure on but still up to approval from authority. Apart from that the extra stuff that i asked about like boomgate or access card we wouldnt know till VP. Hopefully we can get all those... For those who brought the terrace house.

Today passed by lekas and can see some units from precicnt 3. Really quite near to lekas highway and is just like beside it only. Not sure they will put up a wall which is sound proof. Also, didnt realize that the small bridge to the super link side already done. Again quite near to lekas highway
Btw Bro Sam the Ecohill Lekas highway exit issit the exit for Bangi and Semenyih 1? Exit number 2102? If yes then is really near and really can save time and petrol compare to jln semenyih although need to pay RM1.10. |
