Esc key fly off in first day (sep 2014) until today, i still waiting for lenova to approve my warranty claim .....

May I know how to remove the back panel? At first I removed all the screws and the trackpad side of the backpanel can be lifted up a bit but the side near the fans and speakers is stucked. After much effort I still can't remove it as I am afraid that i will crack the fake ventilation holes if I lift it higher. Also so tried to lift and push towards the ventilation hole but no luck =(. Please help !
