QUOTE(ngkhanmein @ Jul 12 2014, 11:31 PM) Weird. If all covered then how static happened? You tried & kena also? QUOTE(Wazzzap @ Jul 12 2014, 11:55 PM) My case, I tried default 1 week then only go for dev rom. Not much bugs for me except the Google Play had to be reinstalled as it kept crashing. QUOTE(Wazzzap @ Jul 12 2014, 11:55 PM) There are essential guides and information on the first page. Stick with the stable rom if you don't want to deal with (more) bugs.QUOTE(tomastan4134 @ Jul 13 2014, 12:06 AM) If money isn't an issue the N5 might be better. It gets the latest software updates and there are fewer bugs due to ineptitude. The Mi3 has a lot of issues that the devs haven't gotten around to fixing (and probably never will), especially with regard to camera optimization. This thing has a 13MP sensor but it looks more like subpar 8MP than anything. I'm not sure if it's because they're too busy adding new features rather than fixing old bugs but I wouldn't be surprised if they were saving cost on the software side as well. Android L will be released on the Nexus phones first and the Mi3 might never get that. But if you're willing to wait and have the cash to splurge, the next generation of both phones will be released sometime soon.QUOTE(apache_utara @ Jul 12 2014, 03:31 PM) All my years in LYN, first time I've encountered self administered rules for a thread by one person. I don't see what's wrong with discussion on sales openly as more people will be aware of actual market prices for items. Indirectly, forumers will gain knowledge to avoid scalpers or being scammed. Personally, I'm more annoyed at statements like "I bought this for cheap, PM me for price" rather than "this shop is selling at RM769 but AP set laa.." Correct me if I'm wrong, but if I'm not mistaken in previous threads also a mod has posted that a TS with so many sales in signature is also a form of indirect promotion. Okay finished ranting, now continue to try out Piston2 with Spotify QUOTE(mansooriqbal @ Jul 12 2014, 03:34 PM) 'Correct me if I'm wrong, but if I'm not mistaken in previous threads also a mod has posted that a TS with so many sales in signature is also a form of indirect promotion. ' If you don't like it then host the next version and petition the mods to close this guy's "new" thread due to conflict of interest and subversion of the rules to promote his sales items. You'll find that a lot of people will support you over him. A lot of us are getting tired of this scalper breaking the rules to promote his stuff and then reporting his competitors when they come in to talk about whatever Xiaomi items. He's the reason why this thread was moved to Kopitiam and then a mod even threatened to ban all Mi3 talk entirely. He only lost his scammer tag because the naive guy who reported him didn't want to follow-up on it as requested by the admin and it expired after a year or two. This guy got so thick face and continued doing business like nothing happened.Agreed. This post has been edited by red streak: Jul 13 2014, 12:36 PM |

Miss the past when Xiaomi base on CM and everyone is contributing. If money isn't an issue the N5 might be better. It gets the latest software updates and there are fewer bugs due to ineptitude. This thing got the same camera as Note 3, but the output is not even close. Of course, you can't compare a RM800 phone vs RM2K. |
