Not sure if Directed changed policy, But the one i got from them was sealed box as it was flashed to CM11S in the china factory. Got some rumors at the official forum that the china factories are installing CM11S directly instead of colorOS.

Us UK brazil all is international version with CM11 and you NEED INVITE CODE TO BUY, so no way to get. Limited units in market.

This china units no need invite, comes with color OS. Can flash CM11. Hardware 100% both same. Unlimited.
