Anything above RM1.2k will hard to find owners given the BB brand is considered a 'not cool' device....
Just hope that the local distributor could price it aggresively to capture whatever market left for them here. |

We'll have to see how Singapore and Indonesia prices it.Just hope that the local distributor could price it aggresively to capture whatever market left for them here. So far so good under the new leadership the price, for example on Z3 is consistent. |

BB Malaysia has been KOed by the influx of Android devices, esp from China.
No idea how these Chinese do it, good specs, great hype and super value. People just buy without even sometimes consider much, knowing the price they are paying offers good value. BB really needs to revamp their pricing structure. I know they offer great security bit layman like me don't really put security in top of the list. Just want a good phone with great experience and value for money. As for apps, I don't need a million apps to download but needs essential apps like maps, some games to stay entertained and social apps. Anyway, I'm waiting to see how Passport is being priced here. Fingers Xed! |

Do you think the rumor that BB Passport will be on sale in Malaysia as early as October? Is it really possible?

Maybe if they have more marketing gimmicks like iP and Samsung people would realise the better value they're getting with BlackBerry devices and wouldn't mind the price as much as they do now..
