But really, I think the SE215 sounds really similar to the SE846.. maybe only about 20% improvement in sound(unless my ears are wrecked).. not really a good upgrade candidate for me..

however truth be told, they tend to have a younger facial complexion so their perceived age is a lot younger than their actual age

hence my general preference in regular speakers/car audio/home theaters... earth shaking bass
headphones can NEVER provide me the same satisfaction unless i want to seriously have higher risk of ear damage

something like a paradigm sub 1 would most probably do the job right... all 1,700 watts of it with long travel bullet proof voice coils... as paradigm says... they are movers not shakers...

if you are not taught how to deal with it... it gets very annoying, you cannot concentrate, cannot sleep and will wear you out eventually even if you sleep because your inner ear constantly send false signals to your brain even though there is no external sounds..

listening to music loudly with ear buds have been identified as one of the top causes of tinnitus...

tinnitus can take any form whether it is a hum, ringing, hissing or any kind of sharp annoying noises... and you hear it throughout the day as long as you are awake... not just before you sleep... the only way to get over it is to be trained to ignore those sounds or use a white noise generator tuned to your perceived sound frequency so it covers the sound away.. tat or continue blasting your earbuds louder and drown it out...

most likely not... the easiest way to tell is to cover your ears or plug it and see if you still hear the sounds... because those sounds are in your head.. never from external...

human beings cannot tolerate total silence like being put in an anechoic chamber because they are so used to faint background noises even though they don't realize it... when you are stuffed in a silent box.... you will start hearing things you've never heard of before... like your heartbeat and stuff...

it's very apparent...

the bar has been set or rather one might be more used to listening to hikaru's voice singing first love... so, it's hard to say...you can wait for the covers album and see who covered for that particular song to get a feel of it...

she did cover other peoples song as well... if you ask me... both hikaru and mizuki both covered before yutaka ozaki's i love you before... although nana did it as a duet... it's not an easy song to replicate the original...

And I heard some people said that the ear impression process is a painful one(my pain threshold is pretty low).. so I dunno whether should I still consider customs or not(maybe I should just take the risk ).
