How does this work actually for collecting mini figures? Buy one whole box still random chances or confirm to get complete set? How many figures is in a box anyway?

A box of 60 figures usually have 3 complete sets and 12 figures extras. For a better overview of what you will have extra, I usually refer to the review in Eurobricks such as this for series 13:

Hey guys, just curious to know if there any LEGO sales going on at any stores now.

Am looking to get the MINECRAFT set.

Saw Brick Boys at Tropicana City Mall having some discounts.

If you're looking at the newly launched Minecraft sets, you can get it at MightyUtan at 10% discount. BBT offers 5% if you're member.

Merry Christmas to all Lego Enthusiasts here! May you receive the legos that you wish for this year! biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

P.S. I'm planning to start a DC Super Heroes collection but unsure of which Batman set to get first. Is the Man-Bat Attack nice?

I don't have the set, but those look like different colours to me.

Look through the instructions again maybe you can spot the difference.

I had an issue with the Ghostbusters set too with silver and transparent pieces.

You can also try looking online for the instruction booklet. Sometimes the colours are more noticeable on a computer screen.

Get them all!

If you're getting Batman for the suit then take note.

Take note Man-Bat Attack set (Black with yellow Bat-Emblem, Batcopter, Nightwing and Man-Bat) comes with the recycled suit. This suit comes with many sets such as the Joker Steam Roller (Black/Yellow suit, Batplane, Batgirl, Joker and 1 henchman) as well as the 2013 sets.

For the 2014 sets, only the Riddler Chase (with grey suit, Batmobile, Flash and Riddler) and the Penguin set (Navy Scuba suit and Penguin) has different suits.

It really depends on what you want with the Batman set. The suit or vehicles. Do you prefer the Batmobile or the Batcopter? Do you want Nightwing or Flash?

If I have to choose only 1, I'd probably get the set with the Batmobile biggrin.gif

The vehicle is pretty cool and the suit is a new design.

Yeah, made this mistake with some of my modular sets too. Here, one looks gold and another looks like silver studs.

Damn, kinda made me regret now but budget is tight at the moment so I'm getting a set which is less than RM100 first. I kinda like the classic Adam West circa light blue suit as well.

Do you have kids?

You can try this set for younger kids:
Lego Junior Builders - Batman: Defend The Batcave.

It's got the blue/gray suit, Robin, Joker and a Batmobile. I think this is the only new set with this blue/gray suit. And I think it's within your budget. Think retail price is RM 169.90. Can't be sure about the price.

Lol, how old do you think I am? I'm only 22 man. biggrin.gif I might buy that for my cousins but I want the minifigs too haha.

But the Dynamic Duo Funhouse Escape has Batman and Robin too but that's out of my budget for now. Shouldn't have bought the Imperial Star Destroyer so soon. cry.gif

No idea how old you are bro. I'm 35 tongue.gif

If you're just starting, suggest you don't go for older sets like Funhouse unless you're prepared to pay more. And the price will likely to go higher since it's a retired set.

Stick to the newer releases.
