buying early means needing to make earlier decision for 4 yrs in the future, besides the loan approval / downpayment etc was based on the financial status of buyer 1 year ago. if buyer paid the downpayment early means the buyer couldnt use the money to invest on something else 1 year ago.

units from Tower A are significantly more expensive than those from Tower B etc?
