Just managed to fiNish reading OUG parklane forum by spending 2 days....really pity on parklane invester and buyer.....buy at 400k now rental can only rent 1k sharp include maintainences.

I really hope Savanna will not become parklane in future with same super hgh density n same size same design for all unit
