I went to the site the other day. Just my view on this project.

Savanna can be successful if its able to become a self sustainable city. Meaning got shops, hypermarket, house of worship. In other words, u can find everything in that area coz its actually a bit secluded. Looking at the plan, its capable of being 1. But right now its all up to faith on mah sing to materialize it. If it cant be self sustained, residence will have a hard time coming in n out of that area. The closest civilization i see is either pekan semenyih or u guys need to go dengkil or putra mahkota.

Public transport is questionable. Roads leading there is small 1 lane road. Unless got mini bus la. I dont think big standard bus is capable of using that road.

So its up to mah sing to develop this area. If im a buyer, ill keep my fingures crossed

Bro...in my opinion...such a top developer...if they want to build such big township which is the biggest one up to now...definitely what you think and raised out...they ald think and planned which is under their mind...that is the reason when u look at their masterplan...very well planned as can answer all of your curious...so mah sing not only build the building but also providing the living environment which covered all aspects such as foods, transportation, school and etc....so nothing to be worried la...mah sing invested so much money in their sales gallery (so far in the biggest sales gallery), so do you think they will just main main...you can see their effort in order to make this township success liao...I can see it...maybe others can see it as well...

Yes, as i said, right now leave to faith on mah sing to develop the area. Not just residence project but also other amenities. This is a very big project. They must build a town from scratch. Unlike ecohill n eco majestic which can still depend on its surrounding commerciala area, savanna really have to build everything on their own.

Im not saying this is a good or bad project coz i dont know which project to compare with this 1. A standalone town built from scratch. Projects i heard which is near comparable is kota kemuning and bukit jelutong in shah alam. Both are towns built from scratch with no public transport. They are both can be considered a success now but took them nearly 10 years to fully develop. Early stages was a disaster, but now they are ok. But both are in shah alam. A well developed city. This is old bangi.

So, we will just have to wait n see. Faith in mah sing
