Coz i feel more control while shifting gear manually, not only for power performance, for controlling also, or smoothness.

I ady feel like hand itchy wanna remap jor.. haha, dont tempt me.
Just claimed water pump last week, claiming another side mirror motor, seems like i need to stick to the warranty till 5th year.
*
I am noticing driver side rear mirror motor is weak. Sometimes can retract sometimes cannot. How fast was your claim? Any tips?

Btw, have you change tyres? If different from stock Conti, which brand you choose? Any difference?

Thanks.
Damn it missed last week's TT.

Last time my left side mirror not folding upon locking my car.
I made complaint to SC and proceed with claim, SC notified me that need order part, will call me when part arrive.

But after one week time, my side mirror miracle recovered biggrin.gif
Suddenly no more issue.
Till now SC nv call me for follow-up so I just ignore.

I changed my tyre to Toyo T1R at 35K mileage. Cost Rm500 each.
I feel this tyre is much better handling and quite than stock Conti.
But I would have top up a little more to get Mich PS3

I've downgraded from MC5 225/45/17 to Toyo NE-03 215/50/17 to save some moolah

no difference in driving dynamics

maybe i'm not a demanding driver afterall

Coating also need to wash, just maybe easier to wash - use those no rinse wash formula or drive to Cars International for RM16 member price per wash.

Has anyone tried Opti Coat?

Stock tyres are Conti MaxContact MC5. I brought to a nearby continental tyre shop at Mah Sing Subang 2 for usual alignment and balancing. They quoted me CSC5 instead and each cost RM820! My shocking.gif , jaws dropped and tongue rolled out.

Guys, by the way you all change 4 tyres at one go or 2 by 2? If 2 by 2, New tyres go to the front or rear?

Pug 308 MY club advised to put new at rear and rear to front. We should have more traction at rear due to front can be controlled but not the rear. Agree? Onion please tongue.gif

from what i know it is the other way around cause the new tyres will take some time to wear in n give u the full grip, so better use the old one in front.

Ideally, new tyre (better grip) should always at the rear. However, front tyre always worn out faster than rear.
So if you out like this:
Front old tyre
Rear new tyre
Den your front tyre will be gone very very fast, not very long you will need to change tyre again.

So for more balance, you should change all your 4 tyre at once. And rotate your front and rear tyre every 10k mielage to have better lifespan.
My 2 cents

Hey guys!!
Finally i found the permanent solution for the peugeot 408 player cannot detect some folder in the USB drive.
Below are the step :
1. Highlight all the mp3 (song) in the folder > right click > Properties
2. at "Details" tab click " Remove Properties and Personal Information " at below of the tab
3. Select " Remove the follwing properties from this file : " > then click "Select All" button
4. Then click " OK " and " OK "

Need to do for all the folder

May pin this on top of page rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif
