You will not come across this very often as there are very few retailers who accepts CC and closes after midnight (major exception would be perhaps bars). This is more common for online transactions and has been discussed at length many times. |

applied today and got rejected. ask for reason then caller say donno, upper level nvr gave reason.
if go to other branch apply will have diff result or just the same? thx |
