I stop drinking after 2 months and adjust my eating habits. I usually have a habit to cut down my food portion without realising. Now I'm eating whatever on my plate without reducing it and without taking any protein where I somehow achieve close to my weight goal .. Lol Skinny fat need to do some exercise to reduce small belly to flat tummy where I used to have
