Then GST come and go. Bad news still never stop. Like China property market news, Singapore property market news. RM depreciate. etc etc. And bearbear think all these bad news sure will make property price to do down. So he still wait and wait and wait.....

BBW : "darling, you see, so many bad news sure this time property price will go down.....then you can marry liao....."
BBW future wife : ".............." and slam the bedroom door.....

The story may end up finally the gf comes to bear bear n tell after few years down the road n pregnant some more. The house price we aimed has come down as we have waited n now we can marry already. But bear bear reaction is shocked n worried. Bear bear is having a big possiblility getting to be retrenched n salary has been cut 20% due to economy getting bad. Plus the mortgage loan interest is now very high n bank is very strict to give out loan. Some more market left only 2 banks after merging n banks now dictate the market.

Also, the houses where they aimed n has dropped the price now infested with pak hitam mostly where bear bear gf beat die also wont go stay there one as worried kena raped or robbed.

Bear bear gf instead suggest another place where the neighbourhood is mostly decent people, ah pa ah ma n friends n relatives mostly staying there but the price of houses there did not drop but has increased 50% instead.

Bear bear also has to pay more for the food, transport n daily expenses and the salary every month is almost emptied after the inflation due to GST lar, subsidies cut lar, etc etc.

Now baby coming n need another big chunk of money....buy loe cost apartment also got to think twice liao...end up bear bear asking MU n Zuiko whether got any house to rent.....

Well...I dont know about finances...but I just curious to know when bank negara increase the OPR n bank subsequently iincrease the BLR n the bank instantly can collect more interest since the bank has locked in the terms with borrower much earlier. This extra interest goes to whose pockets leh??

In long term may be but in short term, those FD has already locked in with fixed interest rate and when BLR change, it is instant.

also, if the BLR increase by 0.25%, will the savings account interest also increase by the same quantum??

But hor, if she keeps want to reply, I can't control it. But it really a nuisance.

Low cost apartment everywhere also got lar...kepong, rawang, klang, sg buloh, banting, sepang, semenyih, kajang....apa yang susah? All below 100k can get already....dont tell me u want to stay subang lar....that one 670k oh...but if buy in 2011, only 370k yo...some more that place may be not comfortable, not convenient n may be no lrt....
