Just Visiting By Can I ask a question regarding PA graphs?
I saw a word 'unjuran' in STPM 2013(?) Ulangan Paper. What does this word means? And what type of graph should I draw if the question asks for 'unjuran permintaan komoditi makanan utama pada tahun 2010 hingga 2020 (anggaran)'?

Sorry dude, I have lost touch with second term PA and I don't really know much anymore.

Maybe you could ask your teacher?

My teacher answered it as some sort of prediction 'anggaran' but I can't really get a clear picture of it. What does it mean by anggaran? I thought that's just an indicator of the data for the particular year.

"Anggaran" means "estimate". Data anggaran therefore means estimated value and is a theoretical one calculated based on the available performance and data.

For example, in your question, 2020 is not here yet. Therefore it is impossible you have a data for 2020. Any values obtained are estimated. Hence it is important that when drawing a graph, you must specify it is "anggaran".

Hi people,
I am wondering does anyone of you have any trial papers for maths t or past year together with the marking scheme? I actually tried to Google it up but wasn't able to locate any download links so far.

Can anyone of you share with me the link or send an email to me for the trial papers ? They're of utmost importance to me as I do not go for tuition and have no one to rely on. Please help.

No.

Past year questions are included in Revision Exercise of all chapters in the reference books, depending on the year (Oxford: 2005-2010, Longman: before 2005, Pelangi: 2011 onwards till now).

Marking scheme is strictly confidential and it is unlikely you can get any. But reading MPM's report on STPM papers may be helpful. Go for MPM website to find laporan peperiksaan stpm 2013, read what they comment on the students' answer and performance, then at least you get some ideas what they seek for.

Hey guys, I'm about to enter Form 6 soon this year as a Sci stream freshman, however I got a couple of questions so I hope seniors here could help me out.

user posted image
According to the document, I'm supposed to visit the school on 5th of May, strangely the exact time's not provided at all so I'm not sure when should I leave my house, early in the morning's alright I guess?

Other than that, what kind of outfit you guys wear to school everyday? According to the statement released by the government, apparently anything other than jeans and obnoxious clothing is ok starting from this year. However, during my last trip to the school, I was told that only business casual outfit (long sleeve button down with tie, slack and black dress shoes) are allowed for daily PnP session. blink.gif

Last but not least, as of now I'm using Khan Academy to patch up my weak point in Mathematics, however, I wonder if there's any other website I could use in order to help prepare for the other subject such as PA? (Google-fu failed me) For now I wouldn't buy any reference book yet, because I want to avoid getting too much extra unused reference book once the school starts.

Thanks!

1) The time is decided by the school. You should ask the school, not KPM.

2) The uniform is decided by the school too, you should ask the school.

3) Nope, sorry, PA you'll have to rely on books for the objectives and subjectives. For essay you should read more newspapers.

Mr Ant,
In the case that I've finished all the exercises in the reference book, what should I do now ? Can i know how did u make ur final preparation for all the subjects ?

And does anyone here memorise all the dasar etc for p.a or just the famous ones ?

sorry as the way I ask questions sounds blunt. I'm having splitting headache now and can't construct better sentences. I've tried my best to put it.

Just redo the past year questions. It's good enough. Do it until you truly grasp it.

Just memorise as many dasar as possible. By the way for PA, bahasa is not the priority. It needs to be good but it ain't BM so it's okay to have grammatical flaws.

That's not necessarily true. This is because 'practice makes perfect'. Even though I knew that we barely had time to finish studying the whole syllabus, let alone doing exercises, but sometimes exercises give a hint on the type of question coming out in the real exam.
