I juz went and collect it back to try and do some modding to "revive" it. When i plugged the usb cable, it worked completely find, except the part where it disconnects if i moved the cable...

Such bad after sales service...

I bring my Filco TKL to work daily using a hand carry laptop bag. With complete padding 

Felt cumbersome plugging it in and out daily but the comfort of using a mech outweighs the trouble.

One day I forgot to bring my mech to work... and one day is all it takes to remind me how much I need my mech everyday.

I got mine there. Priced also okay, shipping is expensive because of the weight. Kinda sad that the guy who owned it previously changed the screws to nuts, and now Im still trying to find the nut size to open it up. Other than that, it works perfectly. All keycaps are fine, springs feels nice, and when it arrived, was packaged nicely. Just want to find the nut size so I can mod it.

If I have dough, I can have SP do it for me, but I wonder how is the quality if they put Dyesub PBT on their Dolch counterpart of which is Double-shot ABS... Will the font looks as good as the Double-shot?
Their Dolch's font is one darn fine font... that will be my future reference...

And... I like Cherry profile more, but if there's lower profile keycaps, I may just fall for it.. hahaha

The cut is good, because accordcing to matt3o, the cut tolerance might be different with different machine. Some of his case were a bit loose due to different laser cut vendor.

My complaint, really SC Laser Cut? Should have check on the spot instead of trusting you guys.

Not possible with gh60 if you want to put teensy on pcb unless removed 2 1u key as it is not designed for smd soldering AFAIK  Or rewire manually
Atmega32u is cheap, but but but tak faham the pin spec sheet. I think got around 24 usable pin. dadudeneverabides have any experience with atmega32u4 chip?

i think the atmega can solder this way since we're going to try gh60 first. imitate giler giler.

Also, if there's a way to add in PWM control for your teensy keyboard then i think we can make breathing light or whatnot. the problem is adding into the existing code and makefile. I've yet to go through the codes. when my switch comes, money comes (so I can get teensy from dadudeneverabides) then i'll try out a few stuff.

was thinking, what if we use teensy 3.1? there's a lot of onboard memory for us to do stuffs with, in which we would have to crack our heads.

Aaah, got it, reset will be useful. Can the atmega32u take 5v power from usb or need resistor to drive the power down? Searching for atmega32u kit with solder hole, hopefully there is one so I can test it out. SMD is impossible for me to work on

I've just look into teensy and komar gh60 diagram on atmega32u, its actually far more complicated. Requires few resistor, capacitor and 16mhz clock to drive the atmega. So better to stick with teensy

Considering getting 0168257061's Clear switches. Any thoughts on Ergo Clear switches? I like the feeling of my browns right now but I want to prevent bottoming out if possible. Heard that Clear will help with that.

Reason why I'm buying the 55g springs to mod my clears later. Also getting 70g to mod mx blues to make a ghetto greens. Wanna try the ergo clears.
