townhouses you have choice of lower ground one level townhouse (below street level) or the 1.5 storey type on top of the lower ground townhouse.

TG they cant sell lah.....
not only the price is super high....what kills you will be the monthly maintenance fee... imagine a stupid townhouse already cost you Rm800 PER MONTH in maintenance (ok these townhouses are huge...over 3000sq)....
