Unless you are relocating to another state far away from PH like Perak or Penang or Johor, I think PR should be a nice place to stay!

Did Sime give you any door gifts?

Door gift? Upon balance payment, a small bottle of mineral water and a SD spring file to put in your forms. does that considered as door gifts?

That's strange because I got a powerbank as a door gift from them when I bought their prop in March. They would give a file for the customers to file the prop's documents.

I thought Sime would give a "better" door gift than a bottle of mineral water!

Anyone got letter from SD requesting for differential sum (minus loan) payment. Letter said must pay within 14 days.
Upon clarification with lawyer and SD, they said it's just notification?? that we can pay first even before progress billing if we would like to.
