I think about 80+ units . I just got the info that the balloting this Saturday is only opened for those who registered during the 1st balloting, sorry for the wrong info. If you are keen, maybe can try to register this Saturday if you didnt register earlier.

Or you can give me your hp no. & I can ask the sales staff to call you to let you know the details.

Latest info I got is the balloting this Saturday is opened to the public even though you have not registered in the 1st balloting earlier - these SDP staff are giving me conflicting info!

Not too bad la, I have been staying in the DSL built by them for 8 years now, not much complaints except for some surface cracks that appeared a few years later. SD is very generous in giving good specifications, just check out the no. of light & power points given compared to other developers! That is why I am temtped to invest in their cheaper townships like Nilai Impian & Bdr Ainsdale

The response was tremendous even though lesser ppl took part in the balloting!

Maintenance fee I heard is 40 sens per sft, not cheap leh!

Boss natman, why did you cancel your purchase? Only half block open for sale because the others were sold out during the 1st round of balloting in June.

So you buying for own stay right??? Be the pioneer condo resident of PH, if PR can be handed over ahead of Kingsley Hills' condos!

Then why did you cancel the trip to the balloting process? Maybe you have other projects in mind bro? Can share with us?

I dont have any bullets more to buy or else I would have taken part in the 1st balloting! Since the response is so good, I'm sure the 340 owners know that this is a good project for own stay/investment!

Bro, you sure you passed by the sales office around 11am+? The balloting just started la at that time. The rela members didnt allow you to park inside because parking was full so had to park at the road side.

I was there around 945am, enjoyed the FOC food before the balloting started at 11am, I stayed until 1130am before I cabut - the balloting was still ongoing at that time.

Normally Sime would open the units for sale to their staff one day earlier ie on last Friday, so when did you ask the sales lady bro?

Correct lo bro! On Thursday it was still not opened for sale for their staff ma! Only on Friday, all the small units sapu-ed by them!

Yeah, a few prospective buyers who kena ballot on last Saturday also didnt buy, maybe because their choice units ie the smaller ones gone with the wind oredi on Friday!

For staff, normally Sime opened for staff one day earlier.

Boss Chris, yes, more condos will be launched in PH in the future, it will be BBB all the way! Too bad no more landed props in PH from SDP, the only landed to be launched will be Marvelane Homes and it seems that they are taking ages to launch???

Boss Chris, I read a newspaper report last Saturday saying this is still a "grey" area ie not confirmed yet whether condo on commercial title will be subject to GST or not, however certain parties have petitioned the govt to exclude these props from GST since it is for residential purposes.

Bosses, I thought all the units gone with the wind oredi? Unless you are looking for loan rejected units? If 400-500m quite far, not very near, so better buy the high floor units.
