Go to Sime's sales office and see the map of PR & its surrounding area & you can see Marvelane Home's developments - the latter is located right next to the lake with PR located next to ML's project. Yeah, very nice clear blue water leh, I thought there was formerly a quarry there so didnt expect the water to be so nice?

I presume there will be a bridge linking the condo to the LRT hub in the future? Prasarana I think will announce a JV partner for the TOD, just like their announcement on the JV for their Dang Wangi & other LRT stations.
