got second launch? when is the date? anyone has more info on marvelane lake homes?

I talked to Marvelane Home's marketing manager during the balloting last month, she said MH will be launched at the end of the year.

2nd launch is for the balance of units not opened for sale during the balloting. It's definitely after Raya but no definite date, let me go to their sales gallery to kpc and find out! nod.gif

No balloting for MH last month, what I meant was their Marketing mgr was at PR's balloting last month, probably checking out the response.

Yup, definitely the cheapest units all gone with the wind!!! icon_idea.gif

I checked with SDP yesterday and they said those units with rejected loans have been taken up by other buyers already. It seems that the demand for PR is very good!

As for the balance of the units not opened to public yet, SDP may open it for sale by this month.

Staff mostly sapu the cheapest units, thats why not many cheap units left when it was open for balloting. Didnt expect PR to do so well compared to SDP's 2 earlier high rise launch of Serini Melawati in KL East aka Melawati and Mahogany Park in Saujana Impian!

Putra Residence is just next to the LRT exchange station in Putra Heights. This is a very good location. With RM6xx psf (around RM700k for 1k+ sqft) officially sealed the price of the landed properties around that area.
