Putra Residence is just next to the LRT exchange station in Putra Heights. This is a very good location. With RM6xx psf (around RM700k for 1k+ sqft) officially sealed the price of the landed properties around that area.

Sorry I thought I saw the word Tesco somewhere in this reply. If I missed it, could anyone please tell indicate which location will be that Tesco?
I am getting sick of the only hypermarket in Putra Heights, so more competition will be good. |

When the LRT stations are up, especially PH as an interchange stations congestion's gonna start to kick in. Not to mention about those cheapo hawker stalls along Putra Mahkota Business Center (Sec7) like we can see at Bukit Jalil LRT station.
