Bro this is just the main China developers.. all other projects are not accounted for which will easily run into the thousands although they are low/mid density. Those projects are the real Iskandar projects before this China developers came in..

Tropez residences will be the first Iskandar condo to VP. Can't wait to see Iskandar in 2017.. it'll be awesome especially Puteri Harbour, Danga Bay n Medini!

Medini condo all still under construction ler,where did you get the rental rate? IMO, Medini / puteri harbor better than danga bay at least in term of town planning & got lots of incentives.

Actually they should just open 30/40 more counters in both sides of d causeway during peak hours la and make developers like CG/Greenland provide shuttle services to the CIQ/second link.

May be they shall think off a ferry service instead of relying on the bridge or causeway. This ll divert away many traffics n jam at the CIQ. Build another customs office for the ferry services. Many motorbike can diverted away too...

i think they are gonna build the ferry service at puteri harbour right?
And the RTS should it be built will have a station in R&F

The SG government will not want this lo, they even don't want to widen the causeway last time when TUN M offered to rebuilt the causeway,that's why got the crooked bridge proposal
