In johor this place. Got many law. Got royal law, Islam law, civil law. N also sing law may change to against those PR at Singapore plan to stay at the other side... Money only spend at johor but not in Singapore.

May go titanic jialat because of all these law things.

where is the nearest existing MRT station to this project? is it marsiling station?

and where is the proposed MRT station? location? distance to site and also anticipated completion date of the station?

js viewed the showroom last week, it seems very plastic look for the interior design, especially the door skirting & feature wall ...

Links to new Thomson line. Direct to CBD of Singapore. Location of nearest future station next to Republic Polytechnic in Singapore. Location of station in JB is unknown. Station completion is likely in 2020-2021.

Sorry for the slow update as the Princess Cove launch has been pushed back. Below are some of the features that residents can expect at Princess Cove.
The Princess Cove Phase 1 will be built on existing land (not reclaimed) nearest to the Johor Bahru CIQ building. It will a mixed development with a large commercial podium below and residential blocks above. Each unit will be equipped with double glazed windows that dramatically reduce noise and heat from entering the apartment as well as advanced security digital locks and intercom systems. All the facilities will be on the 4th level above the commercial podium and accessible by residents only.

Indicative prices for Phase 1 is approximately RM1000 PSF.

not reasonable given the density and rubbish views that one can expect.. maybe they got 10-15% discount than ok la.. Greenland Jade palace is 730 psf..

They really should build this many condos in KL because KL can afford to absorb such high numbers but not in JB
