Called them up . Service apartment 300+ units for phase 1, downstairs got shopping mall ( shop lot for sale too, but later) . 400-1400 sqft to choose from, price rm1000psf.

Got launching event in KL too, 27th. Menara worldwide

Neighbour not quite. But very interested to invest there. Has always been thinking about buying there since market is relatively more sustainable than KL where my props are .

Is the MRT CONFIRMED ? I forgot to ask the girl juz now tongue.gif

Jb property more sustainable than kl? Thats very suprising. Thought is the other way round? Mostly those who bought jb high end properties are singaporean. But later will they stay there? Or who are the potential tenant?

rental can cover bank interest ? Medini condo rental now Rm 1200-1500 per month those condo will cost u Rm600-800k..

Went there today... Can book already but they giv 3 option if u don't get option 1 then there is option 2 or 3...sounds funny. Booking is 10K... ( Tentatively around 800 - 1000k/sqft . discount or promotion will only know on offical launched date which she mention 28/6/14
Sales girl said mrt station at tanjung puteri is not confirmed...sales gallery show 874sqft, 1079sqft and another 1074 sqft. Lots of big taikors with big cars at the event.
