they should launch the landmark office tower soon. Need to attract SG companies to relocate.

What if RTS and HSR do not materialise before all 300K new units come to market? The two links will be jammed as hell and the city area esp those surrounding the CIQ, will be full of vehicle exhaust!!!!

Don't buy jb property anymore cos the too much hike in toll or coming soon vep.. All this implement before better public transport set up...

The facilities to be provided are quite impressive. Based on the sales chart, the % booking is high with 10k. Price tag is not too high,judging from its location,IMO
