中国人不买, 新加坡人选择多, 马来西亚人难买, 所以说, 富力公主灣不好卖.

haha rf made many enemies in malai. Understood also sell lower than market with plenty of supply. Rf effective restate the mkt price in jb n iskandar. I also angry if I m the early investors or existing developers

if the condo got fewer blocks (much taller structures) like Greenland's 13 60 tower condo's then this project will be a better buy.
For now, the views of many units will be blocked

Congratulations. Actually you make the right decision. Princess Cove is the only project that situated at the most prime land ever for a JB project. Some even say can walk/swim across Singapore directly from Princess Cove. And with train going direct to Singapore, you don't have to suffer jams etc.

Great buy especially your unit have sea view. Congrats again.

I think China developers plus Iskandar harder to get financing. Hope the quota from banks for R&F isn't as little as CG Danga Bay
