If it were a bad AFR and confirmed by an accurate source I'd look at the MAF (suggest cleaning the MAF) and O2 sensor. Both are easy to check.

Also with new AFR settings you might want to check your MIVEC maps to ensure that overlap is optimal.

I think in this case the most important is that you start logging the most important parameters in the car from the CANBUS. A compatible OBD2 reader should be able to do this.

You should log;
- Ignition Timing
- Intake and Exhaust Advance
- Detonation
- RPM (+ Load cell)
- AFM voltage/signal
- O2 voltage/signal
- Intake temp
- Throttle Position

After that, any good tuner should be able to tell you what the issue is.

Your intake temp 60-65C? So high?   this value taken during dyno? no huge fan blowing towards your car during dyno ar?
My OBD2 reader shows 50++C at most during traffic jam
Once car starts moving, the temp gradually drop to 40C
