I tried removing the air-cond duct in the middle, but looks like it's not removable through the front because it seems to have two legs at the side.
xandras Help please

QUOTE(akh2920 @ Jun 12 2014, 03:15 PM) Did anyone here had ever tried before to fix the noise from dashboard?? Annoying la weiiii Gosh. I'm trying to figure out how to remove the dash board. Looks like I'll be paying a visit to someone who can do it for me soon And by using ceramic brake pad, can it reduce the brake noise? (the "rubber" sound when car is near to stop) Ahhhh noisesssss |

I don't like the brakes that come on pretty strongly even with a light press, like my dad's car
On a side note, I went to a regular air-cond shop to get a quotation. If everything goes well, I'll be having a full air-cond service which includes removing the dashboard that'll be over RM300 This post has been edited by TDUEnthusiast: Jun 12 2014, 05:31 PM |

QUOTE(xandras @ Jun 12 2014, 05:40 PM) Uh huh. Air-cond servicing for a Persona, if inclusive of cleaning the cooling coil apparently requires the removal of the dashboard. |

I've been engaging N while almost close to a stop at traffic lights, engaged N during traffic jams where I'm sure it'd be awhile before I start moving again, close to two years. I haven't had any problems with my gearbox so far, but maybe it's too early to tell

What's the actual definition of floaty anyway? To me it's the car being bouncy/swaying while passing objects and there's the actual feeling of traction being lost and gained randomly/rapidly while at a certain speed, which is not the case for the Persona, or at least mine. Excessive body roll (in my view), yes, at a certain speed, e.g over 170KM/H with my Persona's soft shitty tyres at the tunnel of the LDP near the Tropicana City Mall.

QUOTE(DM3 @ Jun 20 2014, 10:23 PM) The backrest? Its adjustable. But if it's height adjustment, i.e lower or higher for the lower seat, no.Edit: Just had my first experience in a car with a B16A engine today. This post has been edited by TDUEnthusiast: Jun 21 2014, 03:10 PM |

QUOTE(dares @ Jun 21 2014, 07:45 PM) Mine's kicking in all the time QUOTE(DM3 @ Jun 21 2014, 09:34 PM) Thanks No idea as I have no experience. You could look around for one, maybe. Alternatively you could throw away your boat and buy a luxury car like the god car Vios, or maybe the almost Vios equivalent, the City. They won't just solve your seat issues, they'll make you look better in your mom-in-law's eyes Ya i just found also and my mom in law cant adjust it, anyway we could buy a seat that's adjustable? |

QUOTE(dinnor @ Jun 23 2014, 10:00 AM) I was just thinking from the typical car usage point. But I suppose it is indeed possible. The used car market is so full of cars with altered mileage anyway to make it a reasonable suspicion.QUOTE(Fubar20 @ Jun 23 2014, 10:04 AM) Mine Ada. 2 years period total 15000km or so |
