Sorry to inform you that Time is having service disruption in certain area . Rest assure the Technical guy is working hard to restore it.

The contract you enter at that time for rm129 plan is 8mb only , if u wish to upgrade to 10mb , we can help u to upgrade to 10mb by extend to another contract.

Dear all

Time is performing maintainance services from 0230 to 0530 on 5march to recover from the early oustage. I believe the service has been recovered right now.

Again do restart all hardward equipment involve modem and router.

If anynoe do face network failure , please do highlight to us here.

For autobilling , u need to fill in direct debit form with front side of credit card and sent to cs@time.com.my.

The ownership of modem and router is from Time . When u terminate the contract , The management may have right to ask you return all the equipment .
