Hi jj, any update on TIME's 100mbps unlimited package?

Hi all im actually interested with TIME package, but just im wondering if my area is under its coverage. My place is Jalan Sungai Udang, Klang. Anyone can help me regarding this ? Unlimited broadband seems good though    fyi the most important thing is i want to play Dota2 online.

I keep forgetting to post this... so this time I was browsing LYN and remembered.

This is specifically for TdC (TIMEdotCom) users who torrent (it's not bad news I swear).

Assume you are downloading... Ubuntu via torrent for example... and you are on the 10Mbps package. If you don't limit your download/upload speed, you should be getting close to 10Mbps in both directions...

BUT

If there is a peer who is also a TdC user, there's actually no limit (or a much higher limit) on speed within the TdC network. I noticed a couple of times that my torrent was going at close to 100Mbps (10-11MB/sec)... and both times, the peer that was downloading/uploading at that speed was a TdC peer. I'm guessing that 100Mbps is the limit anyway... it may have just been my HDD was overworked at the time and there is no limit.

So, for the good of all TdC users... if you do torrent, I recommend leaving your upload/download speed unlimited (when possible). All other TdC users will thank you

i heard there will be package change ? should i wait or just subscribe now ? i'm ok with throttle speed of 10Mbps once 100Gb 100Mbps quota finished..

yerp i know... i'm using unifi vip5 for now before moving to new place with Time fibre...

i still think 100GB for 100Mbps at rm179 still a good value.... once quota 100Mbps finished, i still enjoy 10Mbps throttled speed unlimited download... which is still better than my existing Vip5 Unifi.... 

Hi, I got few questions on TIME FIBRE 10MBPS Package:

1. Is Menara Jaya Condo (PJ) within coverage?
2. How much is the installation fee and all miscellaneous charges? (without router and etc, new user)
3. What is the minimum contract for this package?
4. It is wireless or wired internet?
5. Who/How should I contact if I want to subscribe?

Any recommendations on alternative Wi-Fi routers?

Planning to shift to a new place at Alam Sanjung Service Apartment, No. 1, Jalan Budiman 22/3, Seksyen 22, 40300. Check there is coverage.

Currently on Unifi and Unifi has no coverage there if not mistaken.

What is the procedure for switching and will there be a rebate or some sort?

TIME broadband is using fibre connectivity ,their speed really fast enough, I don't think I will switch to other brand after TIME.
