Hi all, i received an invitation for the Rumah Selangorku affordable homes at Bandar Saujana Putra.

Is it OK to purchase such property or should I save up and go for something safer and more facilities like BSP 21?

Depends on personal preference. This is apartment style but you pay more if you opt for condominium with all the other facilities roped in together. I should say it will be a good buy mainly because of the ongoing development of BSP especially with OneBSP coming up in the near future. Values of property will definitely increase and who knows a new LRT link to BSP will prop up the value further.

Unlikely bro for a new LRT link to BSP as the nearest LRT link in PH is not that far away. LRT 3 & MRT 2's proposed also announced already and none will pass thru BSP. So looks like BSP residents have to drive to PH to take LRT in the future.

Bro, I don't think there will be any train coming up at Saujana Putra in the near future but yes, I totally agree on the lifestyle part. I've seen BSP 21 and the facilities really syiok man!

Ohhh boy, PH gonna be very crowded and jam. Hopefully they got build enuf park and ride multi level car park for commuters to take LRT.

Perhaps developer can provide free shuttle PH LRT and Mahsa University? Something like what Tropicana City offer. After all, LBS is planning to build a shopping mall @ Bdr Saujana Putra.

This is about less than 10 minutes drive away. Very near!
And Mahsa hospital will be next to it but that it's still in progress.

Hi there! You can key in the address in MAPS or Waze:- No.2 & 6, Jalan SPU 1, Bandar Saujana Putra.
Or you can follow Elite highway and turn to EXIT 606. After the toll, follow the road until you see a roundabout and take the first exit.
You should see a few rows of shoplots on your left and the Sales Gallery is facing the main road, corner unit.
