Can you pls clarify your sentence "bus will provided to MRT station"? Which MRT station are you talking about and who will provide the bus to the station ie someone is giving the bus to the station??? Or are you talking about the LRT hub in Putra Heights? hmm.gif

Unlikely bro for a new LRT link to BSP as the nearest LRT link in PH is not that far away. LRT 3 & MRT 2's proposed also announced already and none will pass thru BSP. So looks like BSP residents have to drive to PH to take LRT in the future.

Very high density of more than 1000 units with some of the units lcoated either near ELITE or SKVE but good promo package of 8% rebate so good for 1st time home buyers.

I was told the mall nearby will be up in another 2-3 years and they will be launching the shoplots next to the proposed mall.

Bro, if got extra land then can do so la, the problem I face now after exiting SKVE is the jam at the roundabout to go to the ELITE toll.

This is good news for BSP as in the future, KK, ES, TA & BR residents will also come to BSP & use this roundabout to go to SKVE or ELITE, so w/o this overhead bridge traffic jam will be a big nightmare!

Ya traffic quite bad, wth more ppl moving in2 canal city d bsp roundabout jam will get worse unless d proposed flyover is built. Ppl frm kajang n bangi via skve oso need 2 pass thru this roundabout 2 go 2 elite
