Depends on personal preference. This is apartment style but you pay more if you opt for condominium with all the other facilities roped in together. I should say it will be a good buy mainly because of the ongoing development of BSP especially with OneBSP coming up in the near future. Values of property will definitely increase and who knows a new LRT link to BSP will prop up the value further.

Also, i have concerns with safety if stay in the Rumah Selangirku apartment...

Emm..  PLUS should really add more toll booth there. I doubt the ones they have now can accommodate this many residence

Heard LBS have submitted plans to build an overhead bridge above the roundabout to avoid over congestion there. Traffic using the SKVE can avoid using the roundabout.

Im looking those conpleting few ywars later.. arcadia conpleting in 2020.. furthermore, I prefer stay in high place.. cn have btr view all around..hehe..anyway, currently working in kota damabsara..bt since bsp have easy access to highway, it will b ok for me.. bsp is only slightly further than my current home @ usj 11..so it will nt be a problem.. my concern is leasehold title only lol..scare hard sell out in d future

Lol...is the traffic really that bad? Tot its gonna be quiet place..anyway, u have any view on leasehold project like this whether its hard to sell off nezt time for an upgrade ?

Vp means upon key collection is it? Sorry im new to prperty field. I heard bsp skypark they did a renew on the lease to 99 when handing over the keys

The jam is it due to many cars from SKVE enter to roundabout to enter Elite Highway?

I think the developer is building a bridge from skve to elite, bypass the roundabout, correct me if I’m wrong.
