They open first 2 blocks for booking now ..
Got rebate ...
They revised their size to 560sqft
Previously was frm 1000 sqft
I think layout for 1000 sqft above more practical

- total will be have 10 blocks
-ground floor will be shoplot/ office space
-6th floor is swimming pool
-7th flr and above is service apartment
-service apartment total 9 types
-smallest sq ft is 560 sq ft, then follow by 840sq ft, 1048sq ft, 1250sq ft, 1280 sq ft, and 1340 sq fr
-target selling price now will be RM450 Psf, currently no showroom. For example, 560 sq ft and 840 sq ft will be RM450-RM500 Psf. But won't be exceed RM500psf.
-there will be a MAHSA college that completed in 2016
-and shopping mall will be completed in year 2016
-bus will provided to MRT station
-71 facilities provided such as skate park, tennis court, futsal court, forest park. Ballrooms and so on
-currently can start paying booking fees if interested so that able to enjoy promotion package
-booking fees only 2k
-free S&P and lawyer fees

Can you pls clarify your sentence "bus will provided to MRT station"? Which MRT station are you talking about and who will provide the bus to the station ie someone is giving the bus to the station??? Or are you talking about the LRT hub in Putra Heights? hmm.gif

I didn't know that this remote part of the KV demands 450psf these days!

btw..the 71 facilities provided, only 10-20 are confined to the individual block, the rest are gonna be shared by 10 blocks , including the pools. I think they are counting on Mahsa college(or is it a U?)

560sqf studio has been 'enlarged' to 610sqf now. Other infos that I gathered:

- shoplots/office space are not for sales, i think LBS will handle the tenancy themselves
- smallest unit comes with 1 cp; 900+ to 1000+ sqf will have 2 cps.
- takes about 20-25 mins from damansara toll to exit BSP
- nearby there are few rows of shops, which are quite fully occupied but can't find chinese food hawkers/restaurants though..
