Just visualise yourself. When you want to sell it in the future, would you, yourself still buying it at the price you expected to sell with the remaining years left in the lease?

Of course there are still other factors remain. For me, I need to pass my first level visualization first then only consider other factors. tongue.gif

That's why if I buy leasehold, I either aim for own stay or rental.

Since mahsa is out of reach and I don't want to rent to PH, this area confirmed not suitable for me lor.

So I won't bother to look further tongue.gif

this kind of price can find in KL already (sentul , kepong, damansara perdana, subang jaya ss16), why buy so far away ??

you're lucky. as i told you, this cannot be a good buy. it's too far away ulu location, it's LH. you go find iproperty subang jaya under 500k got many choice. can even get a small freehold house. confirm better than this projek. tongue.gif tongue.gif

Hi, received my VP letter too last week. Went there just to check if they're legit claim. The units look complete but haven't got chance to go visit inside. Security guards are already manning the guard house. How about you?
