how does the performance of ip5s compared to ip6? is it still relevant to buy ip5s?

Have you try to restart your phone?

If yes, but still experiencing lag issue. Try to restore again.

I have found the culprit to my issue above. Once i turn off the ZOOM fuction in Accessbility. Everything went back to normal. No more lagginess during typing & screen fit full screen nicely.

Some apps are not compatible. :-)

sometimes feel heating on 5s and drain little bit but better than 7.1.2.

perhaps they will fix this kind of issue

p/s : i was trying to restore my 1st ipad mini but fails with 1394 error code.

frustrated still feels like iOS 7.. minor lag, and heat problem even wifi only compared to previous ios

Anyways, bug report from my iPhone 5.

Glad that the the picture of the caller is back and in full window version but only some of them are display, while the rest are black like unknown caller.

Some apple default apps are still not optimize, still can see that the top bar (service provider name, signal strength etc) is clashing with the menu. Hence, difficulty in pressing 'Next' or 'Back'.



If it's using iOS 8, why not?

Lol. Ok. I do feel a bit lag when typing msg on whatsapp. But I'm still ok with it; waiting on future updates.

Nice article to read on iOS8

iPhone and iPad needs to sign in with the same Apple ID. Both iPad and iPhone need to turn on WiFi and Bluetooth. Try on the smaller features first like hand off with mail or safari to see if it's working. If it's not working, go to settings > iclouds and sign out and sign in back again. Do for both iPad and iPhone. Once that's done, try again hand off with mail or safari just to make sure. If everything is ok, then you can try calling your iPhone, give it a while for iPad to pick it up. It will be using the facetime app for taking the call.

done..it works with just turned on wifi..=)
but safari can't didn't show on my ipad..
hands off can't work with message right?

Bugs:

Voice recorder - landscape mode when you rewind to the part where you wannna overwrite the recording will freeze.

Experienced more app crashes in a night than my Note 2/3 in a month.

After update my IPhone 5 32GB, so far notice minor lag when exit apps to home screen, whatsapps insert existing photo can't find all photos, only recently added album, battery consume higher than 7.1.3. Hate the assistive touch so complicated, keep press wrong control centre instead when wanna lock device.

Upgraded my ip5 and now the battery last longer.

My last charge was yesterday morning. Standard usage, (nothing extra/less) and I turn on GPS since yesterday. Now still at 17%. That's almost 2 days! Trying to drain the battery to 0% to recalibrate.

anyone upgraded their iphone 5 to ios8? any lagging or bad experience? please share ya... i'm still considering to update.. or not..

You can safely update it to iOS 8. Just that the initial release is a little bit buggy but I can bear with it though.
