If budget allows, replace the phone

Technically, you can't actually "delete" the stock keyboard. Heck, you can't delete stock anything when it comes to Apple.
Good to know that Swiftkey is stable enough now. It was a crashy mess when it was first released for iOS 8. Might reinstall and give it another chance myself one of these days. I'm actually okay with the stock keyboard (the prediction is pretty good for my style of English), but I do miss the swiping.

Haha, that is true. I like SwiftKey simply because I use it on a range of devices so the predictions are pretty much consistent. I do feel it's still a little more intuitive on my Android device though

I feel like battery is draining faster than previous iOS version. (Maybe it's just me)

Apple stops iOS 8.2 code signing, prevents downgrades from iOS 8.3

The change was pointed out by various developers on Twitter such as Steve Troughton-Smith. Apple regularly stops signing older versions of iOS once there are no longer any worries about an update causing major security or functional problems.

People with jailbroken devices must now be especially careful about avoiding updates to iOS 8.3, as it will return a device to factory settings without a means of undoing the process.

iOS 8.3 was released nearly a month ago with a variety of features and interface tweaks, including wireless CarPlay support, more emoji characters, and extra accents and languages for Siri. Perhaps the biggest focus, though, was on bug fixes and performance improvements, which numbered in the dozens.

Apple has already released two betas of iOS 8.4, which incorporates a radically redesigned Music app with components like a persistent MiniPlayer. There's no indication of when it will reach the public, but it will presumably be finished by the time Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference arrives on June 8.

On the contrary I feel it's quite stable. Anyways, I don't think new phones will come with 8.3 yet...

Guys I'm using iphone 5 with ios 7.1.2 , should I upgrade to 8.3. I'm afraid I won't be getting the smooth performance like 7.1.2 once upgraded to 8.3

dont update! it will make your phone laggy

While I can't speak for iPhone 5, iOS 8 definitely made my iPod Touch 5th gen laggy.
