u may lose some dps on sheet in order to get 55% cdR . but when u get perma AC. u get 35%damage boost if not mistake . + 5 wrath regeneration per second . that is huge .
Consecration - Shattered Ground this skill is awesome do ton of damage . max i saw is 50M. |

Just had a good read up on ptr changes. Looks like maximus is going to be super OP. Ppl are getting 17m to 25m hits per tick from fire chains
Bug Fixes Legendary items that directly deal damage should now all properly benefit from the appropriate +% Elemental Damage item affix, including: ... Maximus - +%Fire Damage Going to try it out on ptr. |

Holy shotgun build, what kind of crits are you guys seeing? I can only manage 20-30 mill crits.

spent 120m+ enchanting on ammy & shield for CDR so that i can perma AC with 2H weapon:
