whatsapp audio quality is bad is due to hardware limitation. nothing much we can do. Mi3 don't come with a good audio chip aka DAC.
*
Bro, you were wrong..
Mi3 is using Cirrus Logic CS42L73 DAC chip.

you can try using a video recording and try with the audio quailty.. it is superb, it might be due to whatapps using secondary mic to do the recording and causing it.

add country code in your contact list
*
Some people simply too lazy to read previous pages which i found many solution to so call "Problem".

Just add in +6 to all the contact number (apart from toll free or TNB & etc)

Easy way go google play download an apps call Number Fixer, just add in +6 to all the 9 digit & above number.

Sometime certain number like 1800XXXXXX or 1300XXXXXX will also add in +6 since the apps can't difference between toll free or normal number, then we can simply edit by removing it manually.

Simple as that. whistling.gif

2nd issue i notice on the whatsapp i believe most complain regarding the vibration during voice message recording or receiving (which most says sound quality no good) i have try off the vibration during notification in whatsapp & seem voice meassage quality back to normal, i also off the vibration with beat funtion in setting, amybe u all can try it.

ofcause, that's meant for Mi2s.

anyway, i highly doubt that modern era phones will really self ignite. on the same link:

"In many cases, we find out later that it was the owner of the device who had either put the phone in a microwave because it fell in a toilet, or the owner decided to use unauthorized replacement parts"

that time is mi3 juz started selling like hot cakes.
and the cause of the fire still unknown

got many possibilities:
1. clone mi2s
2. unauthorize part (battery,etc)
3. etc etc etc.
